Watch Live Baseball at the Great Park
This summer at the Great Park Baseball Complex in Irvine, seniors may attend as many free baseball games as they wish while cheering on the Orange County Riptide, a nonprofit baseball team.
OC Riptide is a member of the California Collegiate Baseball League, comprised of 10 teams in two divisions. As part of the Southern Division, OC Riptide, which seeks to offer a high-quality baseball experience at minimal or no cost to players from across the country who aspire for a higher education and to pursue professional baseball within a collegiate competition framework, will play home games at the Great Park from June 8 to August 1.
The baseball complex features comfortable stadium chair seating, concessions and a JumboTron.
Senior Citizens Night
On Sunday, July 18, at 4:30 p.m., all Laguna Woods Village residents are invited to enjoy a free game in special honor of OC seniors.
Location, Parking
The Great Park Baseball Complex is located at 8312 Skyhawk, Irvine, CA 92618. From the Village, take I-5 North, exit Sand Canyon and turn right at ramp’s end, turn left on Marine Way, left on Skyhawk and left into Parking Lot 6.
