Board and Committee Meetings Move to Zoom
Participate live in board and committee meetings via Zoom, which allows you to virtually raise your hand, ask questions and speak to board and committee members in real time. The new platform also automatically records and publishes board and committee meetings to Granicus (lagunawoodsvillage.com/meetings) to watch on demand.
Just look for the Zoom meeting link in the Open Forum section of the respective board’s or committee’s agenda posted on lagunawoodsvillage.com and TeamUp. Click the link a few minutes prior to the meeting and select “Open Zoom Meetings” and “Launch Meeting” when prompted. No registration or password is required.
To speak during the member comment period, use Zoom’s “Raise Hand” button. You will be recognized in the order in which you raised your hand.
