United Board Welcomes Diane Casey
At the United Laguna Woods Mutual Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, January 12, Diane Casey was appointed as the new board member to fill the seat vacated earlier this year. Her term ends in 2021.
Director Casey is a 15-year Village resident with a professional background as a public accountant, a corporate controller, an accounting software consultant and a financial planner. She is a gardener at Garden Center 2 and is active in the RV Wheelers, Laguna Woods Amateur Radio Club and the Baby Boomers.
“I want to offer a balanced, fair and responsible approach to establish and enforce policies that preserve the quality of life within our community,” said Director Casey in a statement. “I promise to be accessible, to listen to the desires and concerns of the community and do my best to preserve the vital infrastructure.”
