GRF Board Seeks New Member
The Golden Rain Foundation Board of Directors seeks a qualified candidate to fill one vacancy on the GRF Board. The term ends 2023 at the GRF annual election.
Residents who are interested may obtain an application and election process instructions from the Office of the CEO in the Community Center starting Monday, December 21, from Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva (cheryl.silva@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2383) or Assistant Corporate Secretary Grant Schultz (grant.schultz@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2295).
Completed applications and candidate statements are due to Ms. Silva or Mr. Schultz no later than Wednesday, December 30, at 5 p.m. The special corporate members meeting to appoint the new GRF board member will be held on January 4, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
