Alterations Increases Services Provided With Digital Applications
The Manor Alterations and Permits Division is offering the following services:
- Resale inspections (first and final)
- Acceptance/Issuing and final inspections of mutual consent applications for all standard alterations
- Responding to all inquiries associated with all alterations
- Processing refund requests for conformance deposits
Performing investigations of community rules infractions for alterations
Due to staff shortages during furloughed period and the high volume of inquiries and applications, delays are expected for processing times.
We appreciate your patience and ask that status update requests are postponed until five business days after a complete submission is sent.
