Tennis Clubhouse Makeover Begins
Monday, June 8, marks the start of Phase 1 of Tennis Center improvements, which consist of tennis clubhouse interior improvements, including the replacement of the existing tile, fixtures, paint and doors. Phase 1 will last approximately one month.
Phase 2, expected to start later in June and last two and a half months, will consist of exterior improvements, including new walkway areas, retaining walls, seating areas and new fencing.
Phase 3, the final phase, is scheduled to start by the end of August, and will include the installation of a new HVAC system for the tennis building. This final phase will last approximately one month, and the entire project is expected to be completed by early October.
