Landscaping
- All services: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
General Services
- Janitorial (expanded laundry room service, deep cleaning GRF facilities): Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; limited staff on weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Paving (emergency concrete and welding repairs, street sweeping, gutter cleaning): Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Transportation
- Transportation phone line: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Fixed-route service: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Boost service: Monday through Friday from 7 to 9 a.m.
- Journey service: Seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Resident Services
- Call center: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Broadband Services: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Decals and RFIDs: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Maintenance and Construction (Essential, emergency situations)
- Maintenance operations (carpentry, fumigation, general maintenance, interior components): 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Maintenance services (plumbing, electrical, appliance, facilities): 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (in-house plumbing emergencies are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; outside emergency plumbing services are Monday through Friday from 4 to 10 p.m.)
- Projects engineering: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Moisture intrusion: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Manor alterations: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- General maintenance emergencies: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Outside construction hours: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (quiet work only from 7 to 8 a.m.) and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Move in/Move out
- United and Third moving hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with completion by 10 p.m. on the same day.
