Alterations Offers Limited Services
Effective Monday, May 18, the Manor Alterations and Permits Division will offer the following services:
- Resale inspections (first and final)
- Acceptance/Issuing and final inspections of mutual consent applications for real estate sale corrections
- Acceptance/Issuing and final inspections for mutual consent applications for vacant units pertaining to resale of units (preparing a vacant unit for sale/preparing a vacant unit to move in)
- Acceptance/Issuing and final inspections mutual consent applications for urgent repair and preventative maintenance
- Responding to all inquiries associated with the above accepted mutual consents
- Processing refund requests for conformance deposits
- Performing investigations of community rules infractions for alterations
All mutual consent applications will be processed digitally via email to alterations@vmsinc.org at this time.
