Watch Board Meetings Online, on TV6
Board meetings have been adjusted to accommodate the stay-at-home order and enable social distancing. Below is everything you need to know to watch and participate in a virtual board meeting. Click the All Governance Boards Calendar at the Village website to view meeting times for all boards.
How to Watch the Meeting
Board meetings are broadcast online via Village Television (TV6) and the Laguna Woods Village website.
How to Comment During a Meeting
The community is invited to participate remotely either by calling 949-268-2020 or emailing meeting@vmsinc.org. VMS staff will read your comments to the board.
Live Commenting Is a Pilot Program
This is a new procedure, and there may be technical difficulties. Your patience is appreciated. Further, expect a 20-second delay when watching the board meeting online or via Village Television (TV6). If you are calling in to the meeting, opt to listen to the meeting via phone and not online video.
