Fall Prevention Workshops
The Laguna Woods Village Social Services Division continues its fall prevention workshop series with “What Matters to You Matters to Us,” a free, drop-in seminar Wednesday, February 26, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at Clubhouse 7.
Farzad Massoudi, MD, board-certified neurological surgeon and assistant clinical professor of neurosurgery at UCLA, will speak about common causes of falls and related injuries. The seminar also will feature a Q&A session. Refreshments will be served.
Additional presentations by fall-prevention physicians are scheduled for April 29 and June 24 at Clubhouse 7.
