Why It’s Important to Report Vacant Manors

To ensure that no adverse conditions exist in a vacant manor that could cause damage to mutual property, such as rodent activity, leaks, etc., both Third and United mutuals perform an unoccupied manor interior inspection when a unit has been vacant six months or more. These inspections are intended for the good of the community and the protection of everyone’s assets.

If you believe a manor in your neighborhood is unoccupied, call Resident Services (not the Departments of Security Services or Maintenance and Construction) at 949-597-4600 to report it.
