2020 Dog Licensing, Vaccination Day Coming Soon
The Laguna Woods Dog Club is sponsoring a 2020 Dog Licensing and Vaccination Day for Village residents. Dog licenses, rabies vaccinations and other services will be available for sale on Thursday, February 6, in the Clubhouse 1 Main Lounge. Vaccination services are scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; license services are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The license fee for a neutered/spayed dog is $24; the fee for an unaltered dog is $48. Senior citizens 65 and older receive a 50% discount. Rabies, DHP and Bordetella vaccinations are $22; a $2 disposal fee applies per vaccine. Microchipping ($42 per dog) and puppy packages are available. By law, all Laguna Woods Village residents are required to have a current dog license and rabies vaccination for January 1 through December 31, 2020. A late license fee applies after Thursday, February 29.
