Mondays 5 to 6 p.m.
Tuesdays 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Wednesdays 10 to 11 a.m.
Thursdays 7 to 8 a.m.
$40 per eight-week session
Indoor cycling builds strength and endurance, burns calories and is a low-impact, cardiovascular workout. Any athletic shoe or cycling shoe with SPD clips can be worn. Bring a small towel and water bottle. Register in the Recreation or Clubhouse 5 office, or call 949-597-4273.
