Additional Golf Cart, Car Spaces Created in Third
The Third Mutual 2019 Reserve Budget included an allocation in the amount of $50,000 to locate and install additional parking spaces at cul-de-sac 216 by converting existing landscaped areas where possible.
The Department of Maintenance and Construction has completed the construction of a total of 18 additional parking spaces at 12 previously landscaped locations adjacent to existing parking spaces. These new parking spaces include 14 stalls for golf carts and four stalls for automobiles. This project will ease the parking demand experience at cul-de-sac 216.
