Yoga for Golfers
Yoga for Golfers features free classes in October every Friday at 9 a.m. in the Village Greens Club Rooms. Poor flexibility is one of the key risk factors for golfing injuries. Following Yoga for Golfers instruction, golfers can expect a 20 to 40% increase in range of motion, translating into greater strength and distance, and most importantly, staying safe and injury free. No yoga or golf experience required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and water.
