South County Outreach Seeks Volunteers

South County Outreach is seeking volunteers for its busy fall season. On average, the organization has 250 volunteers a week in its food pantry, walking clients, sorting donations and stocking shelves, and about 20 volunteers who work the front desk to greet clients and guests, assist with paperwork and provide service direction. The organization’s thrift store also needs volunteers who can assist with sales, donations and stocking the store. For more information about volunteering, email Volunteer Manager Brittan Zamora at or call 949-380-8144. For those unable to volunteer in person, South County Outreach can help set up a food drive for offices, places of worship, neighborhoods, clubs or service organizations.
