CARDIO & STRENGTH

20-minute standing low-intensity cardio workout paired with seated strength training. Personal weights welcome. Mondays 1 to 1:50 p.m.

CARDIO CLASSIC 

50-minute, high-energy, fat-burning, easy-to-follow dance-inspired cardio workout. Mondays 2:30 to 3:20 p.m., Thursdays 2 to 2:50 p.m.

MAT SENIOR STRETCH

50-minute session increases flexibility and range of motion and strengthens 
your entire core. Bring a yoga mat and small towel. Wednesdays starting February 27 1:30 to 2:20 p.m. 

SEATED SENIOR STRETCH

Features various seated exercises to increase strength, range of movement and balance. Thursdays 1 to 1:50 p.m.

Patsy Moore is a certified personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor who has taken courses on strength training for older adults. When she developed osteoporosis at 50, she joined a gym, hired a personal trainer and got stronger. Her bone mass increased, and now she wants to be your personal guide to health and beauty.
