Father's Day Brunch, Clubhouse 2
The Brunch will be catered by Jolanda. The menu will include: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced roast beef, spiral cut ham, cold poached salmon with cucumber dill sauce, noodle pudding, Quiche Lorraine, lox and cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and onions, a fruit platter, Caesar salad, assorted bagels, breads and rolls, champagne, coffee and dessert.
