Celebrate Mother’s Day with scrumptious buffet May 13
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special buffet at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 13 at Clubhouse 5.
Catered
by Jolanda, the delectable menu features Caesar salad; seafood ceviche; sliced
tomatoes and onions; Gravlox and cream cheese; blueberry blintz soufflé; spinach
and mushroom quiche; tropical fruit; spinach and black bean salad; herb-crusted tri-tip; spiral ham; Indian mild chicken curry; cold poached salmon; scalloped
potatoes; Basmati rice with turmeric; roasted asparagus; and assorted rolls and
butter. Dessert includes carrot cake; lemon
meringue pie; pecan pie; chocolate cake; cherry cheesecake as well as coffee
and tea.
Cost is
$25 for adults and $12.50 for kids 6-11. The buffet is free for children 5 and under.
Tickets are on sale at the Clubhouse 5 office starting Thursday, April 12. Last
day for refunds is Thursday, May 10. Plastic tumblers will be available
for diners who want to bring their own wine.
