All modesty panels will be attached directly to the inside portion of the<\/p>\n
railing. No panels shall be attached to the building, deck, or flooring.<\/p>\n
2.2<\/p>\n
Paneling height may be up to the top railing and extend no further than the<\/p>\n
bottom of the railing. Paneling shall not extend to the balcony deck.<\/p>\n
Paneling will cover the railing completely from top to bottom and side-to-<\/p>\n
side and will not extend beyond the railing.<\/p>\n

All paneling will be rigid and easily removable. Shareholders are<\/p>\n
responsible for removing panels to enable maintenance of railings,<\/p>\n
balconies, or patios.<\/p>\n

Paneling may be of vinyl lattice, or of metal that is of solid design void of<\/p>\n
openings and gaps.<\/p>\n
2.5<\/p>\n
Metal paneling must be painted to match the color of the railing to which it<\/p>\n
is attached. Vinyl lattice must be white in color.<\/p>\n
2.6<\/p>\n
