No garage door will be installed that requires modification to the building<\/p>\n
structure.<\/p>\n
2.2<\/p>\n
Garage doors shall<\/p>\n
utilize existing door frames with only minor<\/p>\n
modifications to facilitate fit and clearances.<\/p>\n

Approvable garage door colors consist are:<\/p>\n
standard pre-painted<\/p>\n
manufacturer colors; Standard White, Almond, Desert Tan, Sandstone or<\/p>\n
Chocolate, or be an approved garage door color for any building type<\/p>\n
under the existing Third Mutual Exterior Paint Scheme.<\/p>\n

All garage doors shall be made with commercially available materials such<\/p>\n
as wood, wood composites, vinyl, aluminum, steel or, fiberglass, etc. One-<\/p>\n
piece or sectional panel style is optional. Sectional style shall be limited to<\/p>\n
five panels maximum.<\/p>\n

Built-in self closing mail slots are permissible.<\/p>\n

Built-in windows in the top panel or second from the top panel of a<\/p>\n
sectional panel style garage door are permissible.<\/p>\n

by the Alterations<\/p>\n
Department will be deemed in keeping with the existing architecture of the<\/p>\n
