라구나 우즈 빌리지의 관리 방식은 독특하며, 대부분의 연령 제한 커뮤니티와는 다릅니다. 2016년부터 이 커뮤니티는 회원 소유의 상호 이익 비영리 법인인 Village Management Services Inc.(VMS)에서 관리하고 있으며, 빌리지와 주민들에게 포괄적인 서비스를 제공합니다.
VMS 이사회는 GRF, Third, United 이사회와 달리 VMS 운영을 감독하고 직원들을 지원합니다. 비공개 회의가 아닌 경우, 다른 운영위원회의 이사들도 회의에 참석할 수 있으며, 비공개 회의에서는 인사 문제가 의제로 다뤄집니다.
신청 방법
To obtain an application and instructions, visit the concierge at the Laguna Woods Village Community Center at 24351 El Toro Road. The concierge will notify Corporate Secretary Makayla Schwietert (949-268-2295) 또는 보조 기업 비서 Paul Nguyen (949-268-2383) of your arrival and provide the necessary paperwork and answer any questions.
For information on the election process, please contact Ms. Schwietert. Completed applications and candidate statements are due to Ms. Schwietert no later than Friday, January 9, at 5 p.m.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday, January 13, at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room and virtually via Zoom.
