The Laguna Woods Village Security Services Department is currently hiring part-time dispatchers. This vital role is the first point of contact for all emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring a swift, coordinated response across the community.
What You’ll Do
- Prioritize and respond to calls
- Dispatch patrol officers
- Operate radios, phones and computer systems
- Monitor alarms and coordinate with emergency responders
- Provide excellent service to residents, guests and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and confident communication
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- Experience in dispatch, call centers or security (preferred)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
