Concrete sidewalk, driveway replacements and paving work on Paseo de Valencia (between Alicia Parkway and El Toro Road) and La Paz Road (between Alameda Avenue and SR-73) began today, January 6.
Construction will take place over a period of approximately 10 weeks, weather permitting. Work will occur Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Please expect delays within the work zone due to lane closures during this time. We recommend using alternate routes whenever possible.
The general schedule for work is as follows:
- La Paz Road: Monday, January 6, to Friday, February 14
- Paseo de Valencia: Monday, January 6, to Friday, March 21
Project contractor Hardy & Harper Inc. pledges to make every effort to keep driveways open at all times. However, driveways may be temporarily inaccessible at times. Emergency vehicles and all other services will have access throughout the duration of the project.
