The air may feel crisp and clean after the rain and beckon you outdoors to walk, but take care when strolling near Aliso Creek after a storm. The ground on the banks of the creek is unstable after rainfall even though it may appear solid. Wet conditions also make it easy to slip and be swept away. For your safety, please stay completely out of the creek area until several days after a storm.
