On Valentine’s Day this Monday, February 14, enjoy a free movie at the Performing Arts Center!
In the 2018 romance-drama film “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society,” a London-based writer in 1946 begins exchanging letters with residents on the island of Guernsey, which was German occupied during WWII. Feeling compelled to visit the island, she starts to get a picture of what it was like during the occupation. Stars Lily James, Michiel Huisman and Matthew Goode.
Doors open 1:45 p.m. and the movie begins at 2 p.m. Admission is free and no ticket is required for entry. Per the current California mandate, masks must be worn at all times while indoors.
The Performing Arts Center is excited to present additional Monday Movies, including “Jungle Cruise” on March 21, and “Respect” on April 18.
