溫馨提示：5月27日10時正端午節 Clubhouse 5 聚會即將到來，希望已報名者遵循以下幾點入場規則：
1. 請出示打過新冠疫苗針的證明入場。沒有打過疫苗的請勿參加。
2. 請會員來賓聚會全程配戴口罩。
3. 敬請點擊以下 (A) 按會員姓氏或 (B) 註册負責人排列桌號的鏈接，提前查詢自己的桌號，方便入場不用簽到可直接入座。如果你有任何有關座位的問題，請提前詢問你報名時的負責人。

4. 後勤工作人員會在中場休息前把餐證號（券票）發放到桌上，散會時憑票取盒飯和粽子。請大家保管好券票。
5. 散會後會員可以索取一份2022年會員錄，並在會員名單上簽收。會員錄僅供會員使用，非會員請勿索取。

A Friendly Reminder: The Dragon Boat Festival celebration party is taking place on May 27th 10am at CH5. For those who have registered, please note the following entry requirements & procedures:
1. Please present proof of Covid-19 vaccination to enter the venue. Please do not participate if you have not been vaccinated.
2. Masks are required throughout the program.
3. Please check the following links for your assigned table numbers listed by your last name or your registrar. Find your table assignment in advance, so you don’t need to check-in upon arrival. If you have any questions regarding seating, please contact the person who you registered with.

4. The staff will distribute the lunch ticket at the table before intermission. Please keep your ticket, so you can present the ticket in order to get the boxed lunch and rice dumplings when the program ends.
5. Before you leave the venue, CAC members can request a copy of the 2022 Membership Directory, and sign for it. Membership Directory is for CAC members only, non-members will not get one.
