The Finance Committee, which oversees the finances and fees related to Third Laguna Hills Mutual, meets every other second Tuesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Garden Villa Recreation Room Committee, which oversees recreation room renovations of the 53 Third Laguna Hills Mutual three-story buildings, meets three times a year in the Community Center board room.

The Landscape Committee, which oversees all landscaping matters related to the Third Laguna Hills Mutual community, meets the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Maintenance & Construction Committee, which oversees the upkeep of all buildings located in the Third Laguna Hills Mutual community, meets on the first Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Resident Policy and Compliance Committee, which reviews governing documents for clarity, legality and current applicability and recommends general and specific actions for board approval and implementation, usually meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Water Conservation Committee, which serves as a collaboration between the Third board and the VMS Landscaping Services Department regarding water consumption and conservation best practices, meets quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. in the Community Center board room.
