Receive Notifications
To ensure you receive important notifications from Ting, confirm your phone number and email address with Resident Services at 레지던트서비스@vmsinc.org 또는 949-597-4600. Official emails will come from 라구나우드빌리지@ting.com. Calls or text messages will come from 714-263-1826 and will identify as Ting. Residents will receive appointment reminders at 60, 30, 21, three and one day prior to their scheduled installation.
Before Installation
Before your technician arrives, please clear space near your current modem or router, confirm that an electrical outlet is available and decide which two devices you would like connected to your new network. During the appointment, the technician will install the modem and router, connect two wireless devices and confirm that your internet and TV services are working before leaving.
