A few of the key points included in the new policy are summarized below: LJ The only barbeque grills permitted in Third Mutual are: (1.) gas fueled, (2.) charcoal and (3.) electric. Gas-fueled and electric grills are permitted in all buildings (including all multi- and single- story buildings. Propane tanks are not to exceed the standard propane tank size of 20 pounds, which are commonly found at grocery stores, home improvement stores and gas stations. Charcoal grills are permitted only in single-story buildings and not multistory buildings. Third Mutual is authorized to take disciplinary action against a member found to be in violation of the barbeque rules.
