3.0 FOOTPRINT AND LOCATION<\/p>\n
3.1<\/p>\n
Master bedroom extensions will be limited to the original Exclusive<\/p>\n
Use Common Area private gardens serving the master bedroom as<\/p>\n
defined by the condominium plan. All other footprint designs must<\/p>\n
be reviewed by the Board for approval.<\/p>\n
3.2<\/p>\n
A Common Area Use Agreement must be recorded prior to the<\/p>\n
issuance of a Mutual Alteration Consent Form.<\/p>\n
3.3<\/p>\n
Neighbor Awareness Forms must be submitted from any affected<\/p>\n
neighboring manors as determined by the Manor Alterations<\/p>\n
Department.<\/p>\n

CONSTRUCTION PLANS<\/p>\n

Prior to the issuance of a Mutual Consent for Manor Alteration(s)<\/p>\n
a complete set of unit specific plans prepared by a California<\/p>\n
licensed architect or structural engineer depicting the proposed<\/p>\n
master bedroom extension must be submitted to the Manor<\/p>\n
Alterations Department located in the Laguna Woods Community<\/p>\n
Center. The plans must be in accordance with the requirements<\/p>\n
of this standard and must depict any required structural<\/p>\n
modifications ensuring the structural integrity of the building is<\/p>\n
maintained upon completion of the master bedroom extension.<\/p>\n
9.0<\/p>\n
LANDSCAPE, DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION REVISIONS<\/p>\n

All required landscape, drainage and irrigations revisions to<\/p>\n
accommodate the master bedroom extension must be performed<\/p>\n
by the Mutual’s Landscape Division as a chargeable service to<\/p>\n
