April is National Healthcare Decisions Month, so join the Fit Brain Club for a conversation on advance care planning. Patty Mouton, MSGc, will discuss the importance of making our wishes known in her presentation, “Are You Ready to Go?” Ms. Mouton is the vice president of Outreach and Advocacy with Alzheimer’s Orange County.
