一. 為完善財務工作制度，此次報名只收支票，不收現金，敬請配合。

三. 報名時請寫中英文名字，尤其中文名字要與會員冊名字一致，並請寫上門牌号。
四. 報名從即日起，到400個名額報滿為止。因五號俱樂部有容納最多人員限制，每桌10人，收費請按10人一組報上來。
五. 如非會員想報名參加聚會，我們接受即時入會，並享受會員待遇。
非會員表演者如不參加午餐和觀看其他表演，無需註冊。 如他們想參加午餐並坐在餐桌觀看其他表演，非會員表演者的費用為 $20。

皮克球友誼赛
4月6日共收捐款三筆，報名费一筆，共$523元。支出$516元。（包括獎金，制作獎杯，匹薩，水，比赛用球，文具）結餘$7上缴財務。

4月7日，前理事葉郁寧捐款$500支票收到。
LW Village Game
本村Village game於4月11日開始，華聯會因捐款贊助，承主辦單位印制了CAC LOGO於2022年本村專用運動服上。

Dragon Board Festival Celebration Updated Information
1. Registration fee is paid via checks only, no cash.
2. Please contact the list of names above to register, note that there are phone number changes from previous e-mail.
3. Please register with your manor number, your English name, and Chinese name if any.
4. Registration starts immediately. Due to the limitation of the Clubhouse occupancy rate, registration will stop after reaching 400 people, 10 people per table.
5. Non-members can apply to become CAC members immediately for $15, and pay member rate of $10 for this event.
Performers for this event who are non-members do NOT need to register if they are not joining lunch nor sit down to watch other performances. If they wish to join lunch or sit own to watch other performances, they will pay non-member fee of $20 for this event.
Pickleball Friendship Tournament
On April 6th, $523 was received from donations and registration fees. $516 was spent on prizes, trophies, food, beverages, balls etc. Balance of $7 has been turned in to CAC Treasurer.

Former CAC Board Member Irene Cheng has donated $500.
LW Village Game
CAC logo has been printed on the 2022 Village Game official T-shirt, as CAC is a sponsor of the event.
