Fitness (and fun) for everyone
It’s fun and easy to stay fit and active in Laguna Woods Village. No matter your fitness or sport level, fitness and leisure activities meet you where you’re at and keep you moving! Work out in one of our three fitness centers, swim a few laps in any one of our five sparkling pools or play a round of golf on one of our two professional courses. You’ll be sure to find a sport or activity to challenge yourself!

Aquatics
Enjoy our five sparkling pools, four hot pools and seasonal swimming for the grandkids.
乗馬センター
Our Equestrian Center offers boarding for resident-owned/lesson horses and a riding program for residents and sponsored guests.
Fitness centers
Three state-of-the-art fitness centers work with any fitness level.
Golf
Enjoy a championship 27-hole course, a nine-hole course, a driving range, a practice putting greens and a chipping area.
Leisure sports
Relax and socialize while playing billiards, lawn bowling, bocce, badminton or shuffleboard.
Pickleball/paddle tennis
Seven outdoor pickleball/paddle tennis courts are open daily from sunrise to sunset, and four courts are lit for night play.
Table tennis
Our table tennis room is one of the best venues in Southern California, offering abundant opportunity for play and practice.
Tennis
Our 10-court tennis complex includes five courts equipped with coin-activated light timers for evening play.
Walking trails
Ten scenic walking trails among the Village’s stunning greenbelts are great for faster-paced exercise or leisurely strolls.

Volunteer opportunities
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and would like to submit an application to the Department of Recreation and Special Events, download, print and fill out the volunteer application and drop it off at the Recreation office or fill it out on your device and email it to レクリエーション@vmsinc.org.
