Walkways and Pavers<\/p>\n
On February 20, 2024, by way of Resolution 03-24-18, the Third Laguna Hills Mutual board of<\/p>\n
directors approved revisions to Alteration Standard 21 – Patio Slabs to include walkways and<\/p>\n
pavers.<\/p>\n
Alteration Standard 21 was revised to reflect current industry standards and improved design<\/p>\n
options. Construction methods and materials of patio slabs, walkways and pavers were also<\/p>\n
updated and clarified.<\/p>\n
The VMS Landscaping Services Department shall be notified prior to excavation to locate all<\/p>\n
irrigation components in the vicinity of the wok. All irrigation relocations shall be performed by VMS<\/p>\n
staff, and the member\/owner shall be responsible for any and all relocation costs.<\/p>\n
The installations will be considered alterations, and all installation costs, maintenance, repair<\/p>\n
and\/or removal will be the responsibility of the requesting mutual member. The cost to repair any<\/p>\n
damage to mutual property resulting from an alteration will also be borne by the responsible<\/p>\n
mutual member.<\/p>\n
