The revised standard also includes the requirement of<\/p>\n<p>filing a recordable exclusive use of common area revocable license agreement with the Orange<\/p>\n<p>County clerk\/recorder for any exterior ramp improvement that would use any portion of the<\/p>\n<p>mutual\u2019s common area.<\/p>\n<p>The installations will be considered alterations, and all installation costs, maintenance, repair<\/p>\n<p>and\/or removal will be the responsibility of the requesting mutual member.
