The Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) establishes the hours of operation, assigns<\/p>\n
personnel and oversees the operation of the Clubhouse 2 open space (green space<\/p>\n
adjacent Pool 2)<\/p>\n
Maximum capacity is 125 people<\/p>\n
Operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m<\/p>\n
Controlled substances and smoking are prohibited within 25 feet of the open space<\/p>\n
Residents and guests must clean up the area after use.<\/p>\n
Excessive noise and\/or loud amplified music is not permitted.<\/p>\n
B. Clubhouse 2 Open Space Rentals<\/p>\n
1. Any resident may rent the Clubhouse 2 Sequoia ballroom, which provides event rights<\/p>\n
to the open space. The renter may authorize use of the open space to another party,<\/p>\n
with clubhouse supervisor approval<\/p>\n
a. The use of GRF equipment is not permitted in the open space<\/p>\n
If the ballroom is not rented or the renter is not using the open space, the open space<\/p>\n
becomes available for general use on a first-come, first-served basis, with clubhouse<\/p>\n
supervisor approval<\/p>\n
3. The open space is not reservable as a standalone reservation<\/p>\n
Note: The Recreation Department reserves the right to review and adjust the operating rules<\/p>\n
to accommodate the needs of the community at any time. All GRF policies and procedures<\/p>\n
apply to the use of the amenities<\/p>\n
