A New Era for PAC Ticketing

The Performing Arts Center is introducing a new ticketing platform powered by vivenu, offering a more modern and user-friendly way to explore upcoming events. The updated system provides a richer experience, with photos, videos and expanded information about each performance.

Getting Tickets

Purchasing tickets online is simple and convenient. Residents can visit tickets.lagunawoodsvillage.com or access the ticketing page through the dashboard on the resident portal. Please note that residents must be logged into the resident portal to complete a ticket purchase.

What’s New

Several updates make the ticketing process more flexible and convenient. Customers can now use Google Pay online, and Apple Pay and American Express at the box office. Online service fees remain unchanged at $2 per ticket. Standard credit card processing fees apply at $0.30 plus 2.9% per transaction.

After purchase, tickets are automatically emailed and can be downloaded or added to a digital wallet. Both formats are valid for entry.

Customers may also transfer tickets electronically to another resident or guest, eliminating the need to contact the box office for assistance.

Series ticket holders will receive automatic renewal notices and can purchase the new series online while keeping their same seats.

Box Office Support

The box office remains available to help, open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and one hour prior to performances.

Looking Ahead

The PAC anticipates introducing ticket scanning for entry in 2027 to further streamline the event experience.
