VMS Inc. is pleased to announce the official launch of the new Laguna Woods Village website on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Your patience is appreciated during the coming weeks when staff will continue refining the site, addressing any issues and enhancing the search functionality.
New features include:
- “Service Request” link in the footer for quick access to the Resident Services form to initiate a landscaping or maintenance work order
- Subscription option for the weekly “What’s Up in the Village” e-newsletter under “News” in the main menu
- Enhanced multilingual capability
- Village map link under “About”
- Teamup calendars for landscaping and maintenance services
- And many more improvements

NOTE: Accessing Sensitive Documents Now Requires Log-In
One significant update is the protection of sensitive documents—such as agendas, minutes, reports and financials—behind a single sign-on. When visiting Governance > Governance Documents, residents will be prompted to use their existing resident portal login credentials to access these documents securely.
First-time resident portal users can click the Resident login link, click Register Account, enter their email on file with Resident Services and click Verify Email. If you don’t know the email address you have on file with Resident Services, email the department at residentservices@vmsinc.org. View a step-by-step downloadable tutorial or watch a video tutorial.
