Simplifying peace of mind

GRF and your housing mutual offer the opportunity to make monthly homeowner’s assessment payments automatically through the auto-debit EZ Pay program. When you sign up for EZ Pay, you authorize Laguna Woods Village to withdraw your assessment amount on the sixth day of each month from a designated checking or savings account.

The EZ Pay program automatically adjusts your assessment amount at the start of every calendar year, meaning you don’t have to update your payment each year. Instead, enjoy peace of mind that the correct amount will be withdrawn every month. For general EZ Pay program questions, email ezpay@vmsinc.org or call 949-597-4217.
