華聯6月份理事會決定下列事項：
1. 犒賞端午活動工作人員於6月16日上午於一號俱樂部舉行，費用由楊平飛會長捐贈。
2. 瑞雲藝術團主辦人為6月26日晚會活動匯報，贈送華聯會員門票，目前門票基本已經送完。
3. 華聯為拉谷娜市建立圖書館捐款$500。（鑽石級）
4. 關於參加社區少數族裔ATCC籌備小組會議問題，因華聯會章程規定是“非政治”的社團。理事會不同意華聯參加。另外，除非理事會同意，華聯不轉發任何其他團體、單位或個人要求代發的通知。
5. 關於會員錄漏登情況：秘書長針對發生的問題已設計出新的會員申請表。其中僅兩個選擇，全登或全不登。 （並無選擇只有電話不登，或地址不登，或姓名不登…）。為了互助和聯絡方便，建議全體會員選擇全登。另外，每年11月1日為新會員登記起始日，至次年2月28日為會員錄截稿日，全年均歡迎新會員入會。
新申請表即日起開始使用，并已發佈在CAC網站上, 麻煩各位收件人務必注意：
- 地址必須填寫，因為它就是會員的ID。
- 英文姓名是會員錄的排名，也必須填寫。
- “登”或“不登”必須勾選其一。
- 免責聲明必須簽名。
- 繳會費支票若非本人支票，請註明會員姓名。

During the CAC Board Meeting in June, the following items were approved:
1. The volunteers of the Dragon Boat Festival were invited to a luncheon on 6/16/22, expenses were donated by CAC President Mike Yang.
2. The sponsor of 6/26/22 Chinese Cultural Program has donated tickets to CAC members and guests. All tickets have been distributed.
3. CAC donated $500 to the Laguna Woods Library construction project. (Diamond level donor)
4. CAC was invited to participate in the committee founded by ATCC to address diversity issues. CAC Board does not approve participation, due to its rules of “non-political” affiliation. As well, CAC does not forward / promote activities organized by other groups, unless CAC Board agrees.
5. Regarding missed / incorrect information in CAC’s Member Directory, CAC’s Secretary has re-designed a new membership form to avoid recurrences of similar issues. Please note that CAC members have 2 options – PRINT or NOT PRINT their names, phone numbers, AND addresses. There is no option to print only the phone number, or the address, or the name. However, for the communication amongst CAC members, it is recommended that members choose to have their information included in the member directory. As well, new membership for subsequent year will be accepted starting November 1st. February 28th is the cutoff date for inclusion into the member directory. New members are welcome throughout the year.
The new application form is effective immediately, and has been posted on the CAC website, please note the following:
• The address must be filled in because it is the member’s ID.
• The members in the directory are sorted by English name, so it must be filled in.
• One option to “PRINT” or “NOT PRINT” in member directory must be checked.
• Waiver of Liability must be signed.
• Please indicate the member’s name if the check for membership fee is not issued by the member.
