Tree maintenance for 2025 is well underway, supporting the health and longevity of the community\u2019s 37,400 trees through a comprehensive, species-based six-year trimming cycle. All work is scheduled and tracked using Arbor Pro GPS software to ensure efficient, data-driven management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To date, Bartlett Tree Experts has trimmed 1,134 trees, with an additional 6,800 scheduled over the next six to eight weeks. Laguna Woods Village continues to work closely with Bartlett to follow best practices outlined in the Urban Forest Management Plan and recommendations from certified arborists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year\u2019s proactive, front-loaded approach exceeds previous trimming totals to help reduce storm-related damage, minimize individual service requests and reduce liability. To stay on schedule and minimize weekday disruptions, tree trimming will also take place on Saturdays beginning at 9 a.m. for the next few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
