Ce programme est enti\u00e8rement volontaire\u00a0; cependant, les membres sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9poser les cl\u00e9s de leur r\u00e9sidence ou les codes d&#039;acc\u00e8s sans cl\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des services aux r\u00e9sidents afin de garantir les conditions suivantes\u00a0:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le personnel autoris\u00e9 peut acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un manoir pour effectuer les r\u00e9parations d&#039;entretien n\u00e9cessaires en cas d&#039;urgence.\n  <\/li>\n<li>Les membres r\u00e9sidents peuvent obtenir leurs cl\u00e9s de manoir ou leurs codes d&#039;entr\u00e9e sans cl\u00e9 pour acc\u00e9der au manoir si\/quand le besoin s&#039;en fait sentir.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les codes d&#039;acc\u00e8s sans cl\u00e9 sont stock\u00e9s avec les cl\u00e9s physiques. Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les codes ne sont jamais \u00e9crits ni saisis dans le syst\u00e8me. Si un r\u00e9sident a besoin d&#039;aide pour entrer dans sa r\u00e9sidence, les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 v\u00e9rifient le code, l&#039;assistent et le restituent aux services aux r\u00e9sidents pour qu&#039;ils le conservent.\n  <\/p>\n<p>Pour soumettre des cl\u00e9s ou des codes d&#039;entr\u00e9e sans cl\u00e9 au programme de fichiers de cl\u00e9s, veuillez visiter les services aux r\u00e9sidents du centre communautaire de Laguna Woods Village (24351 El Toro Road) du lundi au vendredi de 8 h \u00e0 17 h.
