As a condition of<\/p>\n<p>approval, any applicant who desires to purchase more than one (1) unit or already<\/p>\n<p>owns at least one (1) unit in Third Mutual or Laguna Woods Mutual No. Fifty shall<\/p>\n<p>submit satisfactory verification of annual income and net worth requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, members who wish to purchase an additional unit in United Mutual must<\/p>\n<p>separately satisfy Third Mutual&#8217;s stepped-up income\/asset requirements, as now<\/p>\n<p>established or as may be amended in the future.<\/p>\n<p>By way of 01-24-62, the board approved revisions to Alteration Standard 11: Doors &#8211; Exterior to<\/p>\n<p>reflect current industry standards and improved design options. Door types, materials, hardware,<\/p>\n<p>and finish were also updated and clarified.<\/p>\n<p>The installations will be considered alterations, and all installation costs, maintenance, repair<\/p>\n<p>and\/or removal will be the responsibility of the member.
