The painted components<\/p>\n<p>include the body (stucco\/siding) as well as the<\/p>\n<p>CDS in progress: 20<\/p>\n<p>Budget: $1,821,439<\/p>\n<p>Exterior Paint<\/p>\n<p>Annual Program<\/p>\n<p>following trim elements: fascia boards; beams;<\/p>\n<p>Exp: $1,274,172<\/p>\n<p>Program<\/p>\n<p>overhangs; doors; closed soffits; structural and<\/p>\n<p>CDS completed: 210, 19, 25, 27<\/p>\n<p>December\/January<\/p>\n<p>Balance: $547,321<\/p>\n<p>ornamental metal surfaces. Decks are top coated<\/p>\n<p>and damaged building address signs are replaced.<\/p>\n<p>Lead abatement activities are also performed in<\/p>\n<p>conjunction with this program.<\/p>\n<p>This mid-cycle program provides for the<\/p>\n<p>waterproof topcoat sealing of balcony and<\/p>\n<p>breezeway deck surfaces every 7.5 years. This<\/p>\n<p>Buildings scheduled in 2025: 29 buildings in CDS 12 and CDS 13<\/p>\n<p>waterproofing process protects the deck<\/p>\n<p>Budget: $66,747<\/p>\n<p>Balcony &amp; Breezeway<\/p>\n<p>Annual Program<\/p>\n<p>Resurfacing<\/p>\n<p>substructure against future dry rot and improves<\/p>\n<p>Buildings completed: None.
