A. G\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/p>\n
1<\/p>\n
All residents and guests must sign in upon arrival at the facility.<\/p>\n
2<\/p>\n
The facility is for playing paddle tennis and pickleball only.<\/p>\n
3<\/p>\n
Proper tennis attire and footwear are required. Shoes that mark\/injure the<\/p>\n
court surface are not permitted.<\/p>\n
Skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, amplified music, smoking and vaping are<\/p>\n
not permitted inside the facility.<\/p>\n
Players may play as long as desired unless others are waiting to play. Players<\/p>\n
may play one game only (maximum of 15 minutes) if others are waiting to play<\/p>\n
Walking onto a court before play has stopped is not permitted.<\/p>\n
Court priority*:<\/p>\n
Pickleball:<\/p>\n
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings<\/p>\n
Second and fourth Saturdays<\/p>\n
(Prime time is 7 a.m. to noon on pickleball priority days and 4 to 10 p.m.,<\/p>\n
Monday through Friday.)<\/p>\n
Paddle tennis:<\/p>\n
Tuesday and Thursday mornings<\/p>\n
First and third Saturdays<\/p>\n
*If a court is unoccupied, either sport may play until priority sport players<\/p>\n
arrive.<\/p>\n
Residents and guests must clean up the area after use and return all<\/p>\n
equipment to its proper place.<\/p>\n
Only registered service dogs trained to perform a task directly related to a<\/p>\n
person\u2019s disability are permitted. No other pet\/animal is permitted.<\/p>\n
10<\/p>\n
Recreation Department-contracted instructors may schedule lessons outside<\/p>\n
of prime-time hours only and retain priority on the court.<\/p>\n
11<\/p>\n

B. Invit\u00e9s<\/p>\n
1. Guests under 6 years of age are not permitted to use the facility. The maximum<\/p>\n
number of guests allowed is one guest per resident during prime time and up<\/p>\n
to three guests during nonprime time. Residents must be present at the courts<\/p>\n

C. Pickleball<\/p>\n
1. Use the sign-in sheets available at the courts to secure play time on a given<\/p>\n
day.<\/p>\n
2<\/p>\n
When the courts are full and the flag is up, the sign-up board (Brad\u2019s Boxes) will<\/p>\n
be used to establish who gets the next available court. A player finishing a<\/p>\n
game may not sign up for another game until the first game is completed and<\/p>\n
the player has vacated the court.<\/p>\n
Use of the practice wall is limited to 15 minutes when others are waiting to use<\/p>\n
the wall. If Brad\u2019s Boxes goes into effect, the practice wall must be vacated<\/p>\n
immediately.<\/p>\n
