The Security Services Department is seeking part-time security patrol officers to support the safety and well-being of the Laguna Woods Village community. This opportunity is ideal for residents with prior law enforcement or security experience who want to contribute in a meaningful way.
As a patrol officer, you’ll help maintain a secure environment by monitoring community areas, responding to incidents and collaborating with fellow officers, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and the Orange County Fire Authority.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior law enforcement or security experience
- BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Valid California driver’s license
- Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, lift and perform related duties
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- A commitment to community service
