AARP is offering Laguna Woods residents its Smart Driver Course Refresher on Saturday, February 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 2 Los Olivos Room. To qualify for the one-day course specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older, you must have taken a Smart Driver course in the past three years. New students can visit aarpdriversafety.org for the full class version.
To receive a discount, submit your AARP membership number when making your reservation. Contact the Recreation office to reserve your spot. Course fee for AARP members is $20; nonmember fee is $25. Make checks payable to AARP.
