El programa es completamente voluntario; sin embargo, se anima a los miembros a presentar las llaves de las casas solariegas o los c\u00f3digos de acceso sin llave a Servicios para Residentes para garantizar lo siguiente:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El personal autorizado podr\u00e1 acceder a una mansi\u00f3n para realizar reparaciones de mantenimiento necesarias en caso de emergencia.\n  <\/li>\n<li>Los miembros residentes pueden obtener sus llaves de la mansi\u00f3n o c\u00f3digos de entrada a la mansi\u00f3n sin llave para acceder a la mansi\u00f3n cuando surja la necesidad.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los c\u00f3digos de acceso sin llave se almacenan con llaves f\u00edsicas. Por seguridad, nunca se escriben ni se introducen en el sistema. Si un residente necesita ayuda para entrar en su residencia, el Servicio de Seguridad verifica el c\u00f3digo, le ayuda y lo devuelve al Servicio de Residentes para su custodia.\n  <\/p>\n<p>Para enviar llaves o c\u00f3digos de entrada a la mansi\u00f3n sin llave al programa de archivo de llaves, visite los Servicios para residentes en el Centro comunitario de Laguna Woods Village (24351 El Toro Road) de lunes a viernes de 8 a. m. a 5 p. m.
