NEWSFLASH – RESALE PACKET REVISIONS – EFFECTIVE MAY 15, 2025<\/p>\n
Third Mutual\u2019s resale package has been revised, with an effective date of 5\/15\/2025. The<\/p>\n
updated packet will be posted on the website by close of business on Wednesday, May 14,<\/p>\n
2025. The revisions affect the following pages, as noted below:<\/p>\n
Page 1 \u2014 Under No. 2 (b) the words \u201cGuidelines for\u201d were removed, and the word \u201cPolicy\u201d was<\/p>\n
added to the end of the sentence.<\/p>\n
Page 3 \u2014 Table of Contents was revised to add \u201cFirst and Final Inspection Report Request,<\/p>\n
Page 7\u201d and to reflect the new page numbers due to removing \u201cLeasing Cap and Lease Waiting<\/p>\n
List Policy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Page 5 \u2014 Information and Fees was revised to add the following fees:<\/p>\n
Monthly Third Mutual occupancy fee for each additional<\/p>\n
$50<\/p>\n
occupant over two (includes overnight caregivers)<\/p>\n
Monthly GRF occupancy fee for each additional occupant<\/p>\n
over two (overnight caregivers exempt)<\/p>\n

New Page 22 – The Financial Statement and Credit Information form was revised in the first<\/p>\n
box by rewording the statement as follows: \u201cThe corporation requires each applicant’s credit<\/p>\n
history from a national credit reporting bureau (e.g., Equifax, TransUnion, Experian). In<\/p>\n
accordance with the bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), I\/We<\/p>\n
provide the following information:\u201d<\/p>\n
New Page 24 \u2014 The newly revised Financial Qualifications Policy was added.<\/p>\n
New Page 33 \u2014 The following sentence was added: \u201cI am aware that Third Mutual has a 25%<\/p>\n
leasing cap and that | am not permitted to lease my unit until the current leasing percentage<\/p>\n
dips below 25%.\u201d<\/p>\n

packages from your system, as forms are frequently revised and updated.<\/p>\n
Any incomplete or older applications that are not dated May 15, 2025, will not be accepted or<\/p>\n
processed.<\/p>\n
